We ship on Fridays (excluding holidays) 

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL – No returns or exchanges.

  • No switching/swapping items on already placed orders, that applies to orders that have not been shipped. 
  • PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME!!!

  • Discount/Coupon codes can not be combined on orders. Any discount/coupon codes must be applied on the order at the time of purchase. 

Discounts/Coupons will not be applied after an order has been completed. If you experience a problem with a discount/coupon code, contact us before you place your order at aboveallaccessories@hotmail.com.

  • Once items are shipped, please keep track of your packages through USPS, FEDEX or UPS as we no longer have control.
  • Above All Accessories is not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. In the rare event that your package is delayed, lost, or stolen please contact USPS, FEDEX or UPS. 
  • Above All Accessories will not replace any lost or stolen items. 
  • If a shipment is showing as “DELIVERED” with your tracking number, you will need to contact USPS, FEDEX or UPS as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue.
  • Items that are damaged due to shipping will be handled case by case. You’ll need to send us an email explaining what happened, as well as submitting photos of the damages. Each case will then be reviewed, and a decision will be determined. *Outcome: refund, reship item/items, or denial. If you are not able to provide evidence within 3 days after the delivery date, you will be denied for a refund or a reship. Please submit your information or questions to aboveallaccessories@hotmail.com.
  • We respond to emails within 24-48 hours. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN YOUR EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ANSWER EMAILS ABOUT AVAILABILITY AND RESTOCKS, as inventory changes rapidly. PLEASE JOIN our newsletter TO BE NOTIFIED WHEN RESTOCKS ARE MADE.

We use a trusted payment system along with scam alerts to process your payments. After your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
