REFUND POLICY

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns or exchanges. 
  • NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM ITEMS
  • NO SWITCHING OR SWAPPING items on already placed orders, that applies to orders that have not been shipped. 
  • Items that are damaged due to shipping will be handled case by case. You’ll need to send us an email explaining what happened, as well as submitting photos of the damages. Each case will then be reviewed, and a decision will be determined. *Outcome refund, reship item/items, or denial. If you are not able to provide evidence within 3 days after the delivery date, you will be denied a refund or a reship.
